Former Rangers manager Mark Warburton has hailed current boss Steven Gerrard and has tipped the Ibrox club to win the Scottish Premiership title NEXT season.Rangers travel to face Hibernian at Easter Road on Friday night aiming to reduce the gap at the top to league leaders Celtic.The Gers currently sit in second place, eight points beneath their Old Firm rivals who, despite losing manager Brendan Rodgers to Leicester City, look set to be crowned champions for the eighth straight year.2
