Chelsea striker Olivier Giroud could complete a transfer to French side Marseille in January, according to reports in France.The Ex-Arsenal man has been used in rotation with Alvaro Morata this season, starting just four Premier League games this season.1

The 32-year-old, who arrived from the Gunners in January, has since been linked with a move away given his contract at Stamford Bridge ends in the summer.Marseille have been heavily linked with a move for Giroud, who last played in Ligue 1 in 2012 during his Montpellier days, when he hit 33 goals in 73 outings.And now French outlet Le Foot has suggested the Stade Velodrome club are currently closer than ever to agreeing a deal for Giroud.
